We have been a banana republic since Ford pardoned Nixon. My beef is with the Biden father and son involvement with the coup in Ukraine and the subsequent proxy war. We prosecute the cream and eat the crap underneath. this is unhealthy for a citizen run society.

Someone...provide a direct link (no editing) where POTUS Biden actually said the word "promised" in the statement regarding not to pardon Hunter. I know he said he would not interfere with the charges, prosecution and conviction of said charges. I did not hear the word "promise" and I'm intelligent enough not to assume any such thing. The Democrats suddenly having short memories -I'm ready to be an Independent. No time to FAFO.

That was brilliant. If I ever needed a lawyer for any purpose, I would hire you in a heartbeat. Thank you for all of your great work.

I don't know how mediocre (at best) news outlets such as "Good afternoon Britain" and "Fox News" stay in business because their mission isn't to tell the truth. Thanks, Qasim, for bringing receipts to the interview. The female anchor was squirming in her seat and raising her voice because she knew had nothing substantive to counter your comments. Great interview on your part!

If it's the feds who are threatening to prosecute for, presumably federal crimes (at least in states where local authorities are not cooperating), why could Biden not issue a broad pardon of all persons under, say, TPS and absolve them of any federal crime? At least it would save those living in blue states.

Because that would require biden to be bold and lead from the front...

So well executed. Well spoken and cool under unsubstantiated facts and unfounded opinions. Doesn’t get better than that.

The only thing you could have added, which would have been unnecessary, when these snarky and giggling children tried to play "gotcha" regarding the statute of limitations, was that if the defense had thought that was an important and potentially disqualifying maneuver, which they might have done, the judge or jury would have taken this argument into consideration. Either the argument was not proposed, or the legal system decided it was not disqualifying. That's how the legal system works. The United States became an independent country, and broke away from the British monarchy, for a reason. Or perhaps a collection of them.

I find it curious that these British people seem to be quite invested in supporting DT. What’s their angle? Do Trumpets watch their program? Or are they a far right “news” organization like Fox?

They're far right like Fox, and there now appears a decent liklihood that Musk is buying UK elections with $100M of his money.

She was so outraged about Biden lying but is OK with Trump being, himself, a virtual firehose of lies.

Self-awareness not the strong suit there.

Agreed. I would also add that i think it was less that Biden lied (her words) and more that he changed his mind after seeing Harris would not be the next President. He had to know the Trump machine would eat Hunter Biden alive. I'm so tired of right-wing gaslighting and the MSM only holding Dems to ethical standards, while at the same time giving validity to an idea only if a Repub agrees with it. Like "look, the Dem talking point is nonsense, but.... now Liz Cheney has agreed with it, so only now can we treat it as a reasonable idea or stance". Ugh.
