Thank goodness for the UN, it’s bombed and killed personnel, and the Office of Human Rights.

Biden’s ongoing capitulation to the thoroughly corrupt war criminal Netanyahu is disgraceful and reveals a deep moral weakness that will rightfully stain his legacy forever.

This may seem off the wall, but this is an agreed upon purge. I often wonder if Bibi isn’t blackmailing Biden or if extreme powerful Jewish influences aren’t at play. I feel Biden should be held accountable, but Trump has never been held accountable for anything. I also foresee that possibility happening here, because all checks and balances are being stripped away. Unless you eradicate Bibi this will continue.

Correction: I made an error. It should have been UNRWA.

I don’t really think what is going on between Israel and the Palestinians is an election issue. The Democrats want to negotiate an end to the conflict, but Trump wants to arm Israel even further to insure that they win the war, crushing the Palestinians. Neither one is a good solution. Trump’s solution is the bloodiest, most violent, one. Just because Israel is our ally, doesn’t mean we have to agree with them on every issue.

But Beth I think the point is, right now Biden has literally no reason to not hold Netanyahu accountable, and still refuses. He's knowingly enabling these war crimes and genocide as -- by some estimates -- more than 200K Palestinians have been killed by Israeli bombing. This is happening under Biden's watch and he's doing nothing except further enabling it.

Yes, now that we are post-election, Biden has no political reasons for his actions; we have to accept that this is just who Biden is. Biden is an unapologetic Zionist, and a bloodthirsty warmonger. This is exactly what people on the left have been saying for years, but Democrats insisted on pretending that Biden was something other than what he plainly appeared to be. Furthermore, this is what the Democratic party stands for; both of my Senators and my Representative are Democrats, and all three consistently voted for more war and genocide.

Voting for Trump rather than Harris insured the war would continue and get worse.

I'm not talking to the people who voted for Trump. I'm talking to Biden, who is still very much President, and can very much stop arming Netanyahu by upholding the Leahy Laws.

Biden is the sort of person who is loyal to his associates, but, he doesn’t realize that Netanyahu has changed, and he is not like his predecessors. I also think Netanyahu’s been in office much too long, and has moved way to far to the right.

Netanyahu has always been like this. Always. This isn't new.

I am not usually at a loss for words but it is clear that both Biden and State are lost in what Ta-Nehisi Coates might refer to as “the elevation of factual complexity over self-evident morality.” This is an outrage.

I am outraged that my own senators Durbin and Duckworth support this genocide and ignore my emails and phonecalls to halt arms shipments!

As an IL resident, same. It's truly upsetting. Durbin was the first to call for a ceasefire so I had hope he'd act upon that with words too, but sadly nothing yet.

Thank you for being so strong. I just feel so weak and useless right now, and I appreciate your diligent work and powerful voice. Hopefully, soon, I will figure out a way that I can be of help too. 💔

I wrongly assumed Biden would want to end his career benefiting the American public doing things like ending student loan debt, packing the court, and ending American support and assistance to a genocide. The irony of the Jews committing genocide is not lost on me.

It's not Jewish people committing this genocide. It's ZIONISTS.

I would just distinguish Jews from Netanyahu/Israeli government. This is not a religious war. It is a genocide committed by political leaders who are corrupt and cruel, and they must be known as the responsible parties.

I should not comment on this at all as I am married to a man who has family in Israel.

But, I have HAD it. With few exceptions, every male in this family is a flaming arrogant, bullying, unfaithful, lying asshat.

Over the 50 years that I have been in this family, I have observed, witnessed, and experienced the way they treat the females in their lives; their grandparents, mothers, aunts, sisters, wives, and daughters. But especially their wives.

Had I known, I never would have married into this family. But, it’s not just THIS family. The extended family and friends… again, mostly the males.

His father put me in a car and drove down the interstate all the while telling me how I was not good enough for his son. It only served to piss off me and his son.

Some of the females were very nice to me, until they found out we were going to marry. Then, to my shock and dismay, there was a deliberate effort to sabotage our wedding. (A small informal affair by a Justice of the Peace, held in my parents’ home.)

I just this moment had an epiphany. You know how people recognize White Supremacy?

It’s not so unlike THAT?!

This is NOT antisemitism.

This is acknowledging a CHARACTER FLAW.

A sense of entitlement.

This is a problem with which MANY “tribes” are afflicted, seems like.

So many hate each other with a hatred so great they want to kill.

Murderous leaders are abundant today.

Religion is a festering fire that creates divisions.

Too many people fighting over the same ground. It’s pathetic.

But just look who is just watching it play out. “Let them fight each other. We’ll take over once they’ve destroyed themselves.”

I am saddened to see how tone death the Biden administration has been ignoring the cry of the American people to stop supporting this senseless genocide. I misjudged Biden, incorrectly assuming that at his advanced age, he would make bold moves to facilitate positive change both within the US and abroad. While Biden and his administration did a wonderful job with student loan's, and various other areas, they failed terribly in the area of human rights, especially in how they did not adequately address the issues in Palestine. While in office, Biden still has time to impact this situation yet he continues to support Israel in its efforts to literally wipe out the population. I receive pictures almost daily and see things in real time that I can't unsee. I am broken and confused as there is nothing that I can do to help them to save the children. I know that the Israelies want to make an example, to build their greater Israel, etc. they are not looking for hostages. Our country needs to stop using their veto power to protect Israel, and discontinue the blank checks. We have had enought of this racial/religious bias..

Yes, I will. I make it a point to donate to as many people as possible when I am able. Resources are very expensive and scarce a bag of flour can be $100 or more, which is ridiculous. Lots of exploitation.

Thanks for this assessment, Qasim.

How Pres Biden can continue to choose as he has is as tragic as it is against all international norms that support humanitarian interests.

You have stated it plainly, "Our responsibility remains clear—continue to raise our voices for justice, and continue to support those demanding accountability. Contact your member of Congress regardless of party affiliation, and demand our elected officials uphold US and international law. Silence is not an option, as that enables further war crimes, and in this case, genocide."
