Just as American citizens with brown skin have been rounded up by the ICE racists because they "look like immigrants," the fascist fringe will continue to violently attack and kill.
An 11 year old girl recently committed suicide after being harassed by other kids who threatened to call ICE and have her deported. Imaginw just what kind of parenting caused that.
The term “committed suicide” harkens back to a time when it was considered a crime. The correct terminology is died by suicide. Anything else is a degradation of this child’s memory and life, not to mention criminalizing a Latino child for her death.
I called Attorney Rundle’s office this morning. I was repeatedly told it was under investigation by the hate crimes division. When I asked if I could leave a comment, they repeated it was under investigation. When I asked, how would I know the results of the investigation. I was told it would probably be in the newspaper and there was nowhere for me to leave a comment. I told them I wanted hate crime charges filed against Mordecai Branfman anyway. The way they kept repeating “it is being investigated” over and over again with every question I asked made me hopeful that they have been getting a lot of phone calls regarding this hate crime. Thank you for letting us know about it.
This is truly sad. We need to do more to raise awareness to this blatant racism! Why go on an anti Arab rage when a Jewish man shot at you? I guess racism is excused and projected to people who had nothing to do with it! For me, it underscores just how dumb racists are! Thanks for sharing because, as usual, the corporate media did not report all of the facts! Can’t trust them!
Letter sent to Funck. Nothing, absolutely nothing justifies this violence and hate, and it absolutely must be named as it is, which is a hate crime, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We must end the cycle of violence and deliver swift accountability to those who commit these crimes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and to give us ways to take action.
BTW in case anyone is interested - I did also call the State Attorney General Rundle's office today per Qasim's article advisory, and thought it was worth mentioning that the person answering the phone in their office was very nice in taking the message when I encouraged them to file hate crime charges and she said they were "working on it" and thanked me for the concern, and took down my phone #. I had no idea what to expect in the call but they were very receptive to the message.
Ok folks - next step will be to send us the sop-payment- psychologically incorporates us in their criming. Been thinking about a response along these lines. Thoughts welcome!!

1. Firing more than 300,000 (so far) hard working permanent and probationary federal employees, without due process or cause or severance or continuing their insurance, some of whom you also abandoned in other countries who now have no place to live or way to get home at government expense,
2. Entirely eliminating long-standing international markets for American farmers' products grown and raised under firm contracts with USAID and other federal entities, likely causing many American farmers to lose their farms and livelihoods,
3. Breaching reimbursement terms for improvements American farmers agreed to make and completed at the behest and promise-to-pay of the US Government,
4. Illegally allowing access to and failing to protect the security and safety of personal financial, medical and personal information of millions of citizens who reasonably expected that the government itself would follow the laws requiring such information be protected,
5. Increasing the cost of items imported to the US for sale to US consumers by failing to understand that your idiotic tariff wars cause the price paid by Americans for those products to rise dramatically, NOT at the cost to any other country,
6. Planning to force millions and millions of citizens off Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security solely to "balance" historic REPUBLICAN budget overruns on the backs of those who can least afford it (while also hurting the medical profession) and giving tax CUTS to million- and billionaires who can well afford such care
7. + Suggestions???
And you did this all so unqualified, unethical, self-righteous, pompous and frankly, evil MAGA men like yourselves can have more, more, more of everything you have not earned.

This crime is similar to the crime committed in Burlington, VT last Thanksgiving when deranged Trumper Jason Eaton shot three Palestinian students who were walking down the street on the way to one of their relative’s house for Thanksgiving dinner. All three were injured but survived. One of the 20 year-old students was paralyzed for life. Prosecutors said they didn’t have enough evidence to charge Eaton with a hate crime. What else could it be?
