Let's Address This Surpasses 11 Million Reads

An important update (on Christmas no less) as we prepare for an onslaught of Trumpian disinformation and attacks on our civil rights in 2025

Let me start by offering my heartfelt Merry Christmas to all who celebrate. May this be a time of peace, reflection, and blessings for you and your loved ones. I also hope you enjoy the mathematical dad joke at the end of this post. 😉

I write today with a critical update. I launched Let’s Address This with Qasim Rashid some eight months ago with this goal:

A deep dive into the human rights issues affecting humanity. Pulling from my experience as a human rights lawyer—I bring the receipts to disentangle fact from fiction and advance the fight for universal human rights.

Since then, due to your support, we have surpassed 11 million reads—and that number is quickly growing. As we see dark clouds on the horizon, it is clear we have much more work to do. So, where do we go from here? Let’s Address This.

In 2024, Let’s Address This achieved:

• Aired 40 podcasts and published 260 articles spanning critical topics like protecting abortion access, saving our democracy, stopping war crimes in Palestine, the Presidential debates, immigration rights, police reform, and more.

• Earned Substack bestseller status with 85K+ subscribers from all 50 states and 138 countries worldwide.

• Read more than 11.5 million times

In 2025 Let’s Address This aims to achieve:

• 52 podcasts & 300 articles on the key human rights issues that impact us all.

• Earn 200,000+ subscribers from every country on earth.

• Earn 25 million reads, or more.
