Oh my friends, Okaloosa Sheriff Department has made so many errors as of late. They are being sued by a woman they illegally detained in her own home twice (forcing her to lay PUBLICLY nude!) as well as another case being reported in which civil rights were violated. These are all separate from this case but involved the SAME SHERIFF DEPARTMENT.
Also… millions of Americans have guns. Legally. Someone banging on my door will be met with a gun. Police should EXPECT a gun to greet them. This man never RAISED his gun. His arm was down, gun facing the floor when officer executed him. (Firing 6 shots is execution intent.)
What about corrupt politicians preventing the legislation majority of constituents want? I know of at least one Democrat in NJ & one Republican in MS that have used state law enforcement as their personal security outside of accepted norms. These politicians know full well that they can have their law enforcement officers kill or harm someone for them, and qualified immunity makes sure both the politician & law enforcement officer get away with it.
Such a death as described here is totally beyond understanding, to say the least. And I'm curious about the person on the other end of the FACETIME phone call. Could that person be considered a witness?

Cops are too trigger happy.
Okaloosa County not Osalooka
First, why didn’t the officer tell him to drop the gun? Second, why do they shoot to kill? There is no excuse for what happened to that man!
