The 2 times this didn’t occur there were hanging chads (Gore) & “her emails (Clinton). Both were times the Democrats won the popular vote (Gore actually should have won, but the Supreme Court inserted power- saying it was too late to count the actual votes).

Those three points are the ones most meaningful to me. I'm 72 and was just thinking of my very middle class parents who left my sisters and I a goodly amount that was decimated in 2008. Now I worry about having enough to last for my lifetime, which would have shocked my parents. I'm also horrified that half my taxes go towards funding war, which purpose is to kill as many people as it takes for the other side to cry uncle. Honestly, how primitive can you get? I'm hoping Harris can talk forcefully about this. And I hope she gets some theatrical training, as, I'm sorry to say, this is important to us visually-directed animals.

The Dem candidate needs to talk about THE CLIMATE CRISIS! It affects everyone not only in the US but in the world. The other issues pale in comparison. Harris needs to scare the shit out of people with the facts on climate while Trump says it’s a hoax started in China. THIS IS THE ISSUE.
