The Collegian
The Collegian, University of Richmond’s independent newspaper, interviewed me and reported on the Muslims for Life 9/11 Remembrance Blood drive. In total, we collected 103 blood donations saving up to 309 lives.

Qasim Rashid, L’12, has been awarded a 2011 Law Student Diversity Scholarship from DRI, the Defense Research Institute. DRI is the largest international membership organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. Rashid traveled to Chicago on June 16, 2011 to receive this award.
Rashid was awarded the $10,000 scholarship in recognition of his demonstrated academic excellence, his service to the legal profession and community, and service to the cause of diversity.
