Towards a Greater Jihad: Using the Pen in Islam’s Defense
Towards a Greater Jihad was an book written and managed by the Muslim Writers Guild of America, of which I am a member.
For this book, I wrote Chapter Two: Jihad bil Qalam – Prophet Muhammad’s Example. In this chapter I demonstrate that, contrary to incorrect notions that Muhammad used compulsion in propagating Islam, he instead championed freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom of conscience.
